I am a founding member of the Priestly Fraternity of the Dowry of Mary (FSDM) which is a new grouping of Independent Catholic Priests in the United Kingdom bound together in charity. In November 2012, the Fraternity meeting together in conclave as required by its Constitution elected me as its Ordinary for a term of three years. One of my first acts as Ordinary was to appoint Fr Charles FSDM as my Secretary and to act in a quasi-canonical function as Vicar General and Chancellor for the Fraternity during my Ordinariate.
